Since its creation in 2007, WENES has undergone an evolution of which the whole team is very proud. Initially focused on the design of customized stands - mostly abroad - our business has rapidly refocused on France.
WENES Aménagement was born in response to our customers' growing demand for space and office fitting-out projects. In the same way, expansion continued with the creation of WENES Event, in response to demand for B2C stands for events outside traditional trade shows and conventions.
The growth of WENES Stand in particular has accelerated with the creation of an agency in Lyon 11 years ago, followed by a third in Nantes which is now 6 years old. These three strategic points enable our teams to cover all needs in France.
With 16 years' experience, WENES Stand now generates sales of 15 million euros, ranking it among the top five stand agencies. The ongoing objective is to grow WENES Stand while further developing the activities of WENES Aménagement and WENES Event.

We firmly believe that the primary objective of creating a customized stand is to design a space conducive to invigorating encounters and exchanges. We aim to translate the company's DNA as accurately as possible through a high-quality stand, immersing visitors in its world. We aim to deliver an exciting experience from the very first seconds, creating an enchanting environment that captures the very essence of the brand.
All with the precise aim of optimizing the first meeting between our customers and their potential targets.
While our teams remain agile and open to suggestions, the history of our collaborations has gradually shaped a rather precise process.
It all starts with the reservation of a stand at a specific trade show. Once the reservation has been made, the customer draws up his specifications for his stand, revealing concrete needs and corporate objectives. Once the document has been drawn up, the customer usually makes a costed comparison with several stand builders, ideally 4 months before the date of the show or convention.
Once a request is received at WENES Stand, we start with an in-depth call or physical meeting with the customer to understand the issues and practicalities in detail. Our team then sends a stimulating brief to the designer, who quickly brings a 3D plan to life. After costing the 3D project with our service providers, we present our proposal to the customer at a meeting. This exchange is usually the starting point for making modifications until we have defined a plan that delights the customer and meets 100%'s expectations.
Once the project has been approved, the sales team organizes a three-way meeting with the customer and the project manager to arrange their meeting and handover of the project. The project manager then works on the construction of the custom-built stand right up to the day of the exhibition. We also take care of transporting and assembling the stand, whether in France or abroad.
Our teams also take care of dismantling, sorting and storing the stand components for further use. Our carpenters store the stands directly in their warehouses, enabling them to make rapid modifications as soon as the customer wishes. Modifications are commonplace, and everything that can be stored is kept, with the exception of consumables, which are carefully recycled by our service providers. If additional space is required, or if any other modification is requested for a future assembly of the stored stand, the design is reworked, always favoring recycled products as in the original construction.
