    How do you set up your exhibition stand?

    While every stand is different and should retain its originality, there are a few common-sense rules. The different zones to be found on a stand are generally :

    • a warm welcome area for initial exchanges,
    • a demonstration area to showcase your products at their best, and offer interactive and immersive activities,
    • a customer meeting or closing area in a more intimate cubicle,
    • a storeroom for your product stock, mini-fridge, sales documents and other items that you need to have to hand for the duration of the show, both for your comfort and to score points with your visitors.
    How can you attract visitors to your stand for a successful trade show?

    Setting up a stand and taking part in a trade show are investments that must pay off. Attracting visitors to your stand is therefore essential to maximize your ROI.

    Here are a few ideas to get you started:

    • Location: If it's customary to say "location, location, location" in the world of real estate, it's no different in the world of trade shows. The strategic choice of your stand's location plays an important role in its attractiveness.
    • Suggest an aesthetically pleasing stand: Harmonious colors to match your branding, careful lighting, screens positioned in the right places, thoughtful layout and eye-catcher... Creating a pleasant, welcoming space will naturally help you attract attention. The creation of a tailor-made stand will enable you to stand out visually, from the very first seconds.
    • Don't forget to animate your stand: interactive activities, sample distribution, competitions, catering services, demonstrations, etc. Booths that steal the show never fail to offer different types of entertainment to show visitors.
    • Focus on people: A trade show is first and foremost a place to meet and exchange ideas. The staff present at your show need to have the art of words to communicate effectively and make visitors want to go further. A well-trained, committed team can move mountains.
    Custom stand: 3 tips for choosing your stand builder

    As with any other project, the selection of your stand builder should be based on a clear set of criteria. Here are 3 to help you make the right choice:

    • Experience and references : Choose a booth builder who can prove his experience by participating in numerous trade shows, and who can also provide you with a rich portfolio and references. You'll also want to know how long the company has been in business, and how satisfied its customers are. Finally, don't hesitate to look for customer testimonials to get an idea.
    • Services offered : analyze the service offered by the stand builder. While all stand builders manufacture stands, not all of them have the capacity to accompany you anywhere in the world (for installation and dismantling), to make 100% made in France or to carry out customized work, for example.
    • The "Feeling": A good listening ear, a presence at all times, a perfect command of the subjects, serenity and sympathy in collaboration... These elements are just as essential in choosing your service provider. Your company needs to be able to trust the chosen stand designer to take care of all the tasks involved in the stand project, so that it can concentrate on its own priorities. A good feeling and mutual trust quickly established, will enable you to progress serenely on your stand project right up to the opening day of the show!     How to choose a stand location at a trade show?

    • your location in relation to the show layout,

    The advantages of a custom stand over an pop up display or modular stand

    With a traditional stand, everything starts with a blank sheet of paper.
